INSTALLATION D’UNE CLOISON SÈCHE AU PLAFOND ET D’UNE PEINTURE

Installation must only be carried out by qualified installers and the plasterboard must be installed by a professional installer.

INSTALLATION DETAILS:

  • Use fireproof gypsum board (according to article 30 of IEC/EN 60335-2-31), suitable for the operating conditions in terms of temperature (at least 80°C) and humidity (at least 93%) reached during application;
  • The total weight of the plasterboard must not exceed 4 kg;
  • Fasten the plasterboard to the hood using the 6 F fastening points (diameter 4.5 mm) from which the metal panel is supplied;
  • Use suitable mechanical components (not included in the mounting kit) to fix it.
  • The use of metric flat-head screws and nuts is recommended.

ASSEMBLY:

  • Cut the plasterboard according to the dimensions of the metal panel. Insert the plasterboard (10 mm thick) into the metal panel.
  • Position the board at the holes in the metal board. Screw in the metric flat-head screws from the outside (6 screws at the F positions indicated) and then secure them inside the metal board with the nuts.
  • Fill the holes and paint in the desired colours.

NOTE:

It is recommended to carry out all these operations with the hood not yet installed in the ceiling.
