ILLUSION & SKYDOME – APP-PRODUCT AFFILIATION PROBLEM

we would like to inform you that for the SKYDOME and ILLUSION models we have a temporary problem related to the non affiliation of the hood to the ELICA CONNECT APP. After scanning the QR Code, the message “Oops, something went wrong” appears when connecting to the Cloud. To avoid this problem, it is necessary to enter the CUID manually. On the screen where the camera to scan the code is indicated, there is the option: ‘Enter code manually’; if you do this, the affiliation goes smoothly.
