OPEN SUITE LED PANEL PROBLEM

Dear Service Partner,

following some reports of complained malfunctions related to the LED panel of the OPEN SUITE & OPEN SUITE SUPERIOR models, corrective actions have been elaborated, distinguishing the reports into 2 distinct defects:

Defect nr 1. – COMPLAINED DEFECT: The product has a pink light

Defect no. 2. – COMPLAINTS: A LED panel does not change colour / does not dim / does not change intensity-tonality

Below the focus with solutions.

Flaw nr 1. – COMPLAINED Flaw: The product has a pink light

MODEL: OPEN SUITE or OPEN SUITE SUPERIOR (only one 80cm block)

Check: Does the product have a single block of 80? If yes, did you remove the protective film? / Solution: The pink colour disappears when the film is removed. This scenario CANNOT be handled under warranty.

COMPLAINTS DEFECT #2: A LED panel does not change colour / does not dim / does not change intensity-tonality

MODEL: OPEN SUITE or OPEN SUITE SUPERIOR (160 cm version and/or with appendix light module)

(imagine that the 2 modules are connected, the picture only serves to show the difference in tone)

Check: the product consists of more than 80 block, have you removed the protective film and the problem persists? / Solution: If the film has been removed, a warranty claim must be opened for replacement of the wiring. Ask the propeller service for the wiring harnesses as they are NOT present in the exploded view.
