TRAINING and LISTENING day for the operators of our GGF GROUP Call Centre who respond to Italian, Spanish, German and Swiss consumers. The course was held directly inside our showtrailer. The trainers Francesco and Lorena were excellent and showed all the secrets about NikolaTesla, Open Suite, different Ceiling models and Rules hood.

The training was a mix between the Trade and the technical part, making all the operators touch the products with their hands, so they spent a whole day among hoods and hobs, while on the other hand some Elica employees listened to consumers’ phone calls for a few hours.

The objective of the event was in fact to improve the customer experience, summing up the entire day in 2 words: “Training & Listening”. This will allow us to focus even more on the customer, understanding their needs and improving the quality of the answers provided by the operators through the training that will be done in contact with the products.
