INTERVENTION REACTIVATION – GET UP: PRODUCT SWITCHES ITSELF ON

Good morning,

we would like to inform you that following numerous internal checks between various departments, the problem concerning the GETUP model with the defect: “product switches on and/or off autonomously” has been SOLVED. The outstanding interventions will be assigned.

The solution is to REPLACE CONTROL AGC0180021 with the new firmware that avoids the above problem.

We would like to remind you that documents, e.g. service manual, are available in SAAM to support you in your intervention.
